NATALIE STRAUSS

Varsity Girls Swim and Dive Head Coach

Strauss is entering her 13th year coaching high school swim and dive and her 5th year leading the Maple Grove Senior High Girls Swim and Dive program. She previously coached at Highland Park Senior High, White Bear Lake Senior High, and Osseo Senior High. One of her favorite parts of coaching is the lifelong friendships she’s made through the sport, including one friend who has been her assistant coach for the past eight years. She is a two-time Section 5AA Girls Head Coach of the Year and two-time Section 5AA Boys Head Coach of the Year, and has also been nominated for Class AA Girls and Boys Coach of the Year.
