Boys Cross Country Varsity Head Coach

Chase Cayo enters his fifth season as head coach for STMA boys cross country. He also serves as the boys track and field head coach. A six-time all-state honoree at STMA, he continued his running career at South Dakota State University, where he became a standout in both cross country and track and field. At SDSU, Cayo was a three-time Summit League individual champion and helped lead the men’s cross country team to four consecutive conference titles. In 2017, he earned recognition as both the Summit League Men’s Cross Country MVP and Athlete of the Year.
